Closure Dates:31 December 2024 – 1 January 2025
During this time, our operations will be paused, including order processing, customer inquiries, and shipping. We will resume regular business hours starting 2 January 2025. Any orders or inquiries submitted during the closure will be addressed promptly upon our return.

Order Processing:
Orders placed during the closure will begin processing on 2 January 2025.
Shipping:
Shipments will resume as normal starting 2 January 2025. Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be packed and shipped.
Wallet Topups:
Funds added to your Thaifii Wallet during the closure will be available for use, but related orders will be processed starting 2 January 2025.
New Business Hours (Effective 2 January 2025):
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid any delays caused by the holiday break.
