We would like to inform you of an important update regarding shipments to the United States.

According to the announcement by Thailand Post, following the directive issued by U.S. President Donald J. Trump on July 30, 2025, regarding the suspension of De Minimis duty exemption for all countries (effective August 29, 2025), international postal partners have suspended the acceptance of all outbound mail and parcels to the United States.

Effective from August 22, 2025, all types of shipments to the USA are temporarily suspended until further notice.

For customers who have already paid for shipping to the USA but whose packages have not yet been dispatched (no tracking number issued), please rest assured that your packages will be securely held at our warehouse until shipping services to the USA resume.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor the situation closely. Updates will be provided as soon as services are available again.
