Following the CUPW strike, Thailand Post and its international postal partners have announced the suspension of all outbound mail and parcels to Canada.

Effective September 30, 2025, all types of shipments to Canada will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

For customers who currently have packages stored in the Thaifii warehouse and intended for Canada, please rest assured that your items will be securely held at our facility without any storage fees until shipping services resume. Once services restart, the standard 30-day storage period will begin.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding. Our team will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as services are restored.
