USA Shipping Partially Resumed – New ePacket Service Now Available

We are pleased to inform you that postal service to the USA has now partially resumed.

According to the latest update from Thailand Post, small items can once again be shipped from Thailand to the USA under a new service called ePacket.
Although it shares the same name as the previous version, this updated ePacket offers several new benefits and improvements.

New ePacket Benefits

  • Economy price with delivery within 10–14 days
  • Maximum weight: 5 kilograms (previously limited to 2 kg)
  • Combined length + width + height: up to 100 cm (previously 90 cm)
  • Duty tax included, making import clearance easier
  • Maximum insurance coverage: 2,000 THB (previously 1,500 THB)

⚠️ Limitations

  • The longest side must not exceed 55 cm
  • The total declared value must not exceed USD 60
  • A THB 390 surcharge applies if a second delivery attempt is required

If your item exceeds the ePacket limitations, please wait for further updates.
Other international shipping methods such as Air Parcel and EMS are not yet available, and there has been no announcement from Thailand Post regarding their resumption.
