As we approach the festive season, we would like to inform you of our upcoming holiday closure schedule. To allow our team time to celebrate with their families, Thaifii services will be temporarily closed on the following dates:
Closure Dates:
25 December 2025 (Christmas Day)
31 December 2025 – 1 January 2026
During these dates, all operations will be paused, including order processing, customer support, and shipping services. Normal business operations will resume on 2 January 2026. Any orders or inquiries submitted during the closure periods will be handled promptly once we are back in operation.

Order Processing
Orders placed during the closure periods will begin processing on 2 January 2026.
Shipping
Shipping services will resume on 2 January 2026. Please allow 2–3 business days for packing and dispatch once processing begins.
Wallet Top-Ups
Funds added to your Thaifii Wallet during the closure periods will be credited immediately. However, orders using these funds will be processed starting 2 January 2026.
Business Hours (Effective 2026)
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: Closed
We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid any delays caused by the holiday closures.
