I want to track my order status. What do ​those statuses mean?

You can track your order status by access your Account page > Orders> Select an order you would like to track.

Here is the order status meaning.

1.For your order of items in ITEM LIST page

StatusDescription
ProcessingWe have received your payment and are in the process of purchasing.
PurchasedOur staff has purchased the items for you already and is in the process of waiting for the items to arrive at our warehouse.

2.For your order of items in MY PACKAGE page

StatusDescription
ProcessingWe have received your payment and are in the process of packing your shipment.
ShippedThe shipment has been dispatched.
