Q: After adding the fund to the Thaifii Wallet, What should I do next?

A : You have two options depending on the situation.
Tap ITEM LIST
Find the item you requested
Add item to cart
Tap Checkout for all requested items you would like to purchase.
Fill in the detail then tap Place an order
Complete!
Tap ORDERS menu on your account to check the order's status

Situation 1 : The customers want to purchase the requested items.

Go to the ITEM LIST page, add all of the items you want to buy to the same cart, and then pay with the money in your Thaifii Wallet.
You have the option of changing the quantity of each item or removing any that you do not want.
*Please ensure that your Thaifii wallet balance is sufficient to cover the transaction.

Tap MY PACKAGE
Find the package you would like to ship
Select package option and fill in the detail
Add to cart

Situation 2 : Customers want their packages shipped from Thaifii Warehouse to their country.

Go to the MY PACKAGE menu to view the details of each package that has arrived ( size, weight, photo). Select the options, enter the declared value, and place all packages into the same cart that you want to combine and ship as one shipment.

The list of all shipping options with calculated fees is available on the checkout page. Select a shipping method then make a payment with the money in Thaifii Wallet.
