If we are unable to purchase an item for you, we will refund the amount to your Thaifii Wallet within 24 hours.

You can then withdraw the funds to your PayPal account. You can follow these quick steps:

  1. Go to the My Account page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the Withdraw button.
  3. Fill out the withdrawal form.
  4. The refund will be processed within 1 business day and returned to your PayPal account.

Please note that PayPal fees are non-refundable due to PayPal’s policy.
