How we check your items at our warehouse.

According to our policy, when the items arrive at our warehouse, we will check if there is a significant difference between the item we receive from the seller and the item’s description on the seller’s website.
However, we can’t check for subtle damage, operability, authenticity, or any feature that requires specialist knowledge.

Also, we will not break the seal or opening the packaging as it may cause damage to the items.
