How we check your items at our warehouse

At Thaifii, we follow a clear policy to ensure your items meet expectations when they arrive at our warehouse:

Packaging integrity: To protect your items, we do not break seals or open packaging, as this could cause damage.

Basic inspection: We check for any significant differences between the item received and the seller’s description on their website.

Limitations: We cannot inspect for subtle damage, functionality, authenticity, or features requiring specialist knowledge.
