I want to track my order status. What do those statuses mean?
You can track your order status by access your Account page > Orders> Select an order you would like to track.
Here is the order status meaning.
1.For your order of items in ITEM LIST page
| Status | Description |
| Processing | We have received your |
| Purchased | Our staff has purchased the items for you already and is in the process of waiting for the items to arrive at our warehouse. |
2.For your order of items in MY PACKAGE page
| Status | Description |
| Processing | We have received your payment and are in the process of packing |
| Shipped | The shipment has been dispatched. |
