I want to track my order status. What do ​those statuses mean?

You can track your order status by accessing your Account page:
Go to Orders > Select the order you want to track.

Here is what each status means:

1. For orders in the ITEM LIST page

StatusDescription
ProcessingWe have received your payment and are in the process of purchasing your items.
PurchasedOur staff has purchased the items and is waiting for them to arrive at our warehouse.

2. For orders in the MY PACKAGE page

StatusDescription
ProcessingWe have received your payment and are preparing your shipment.
ShippedYour shipment has been dispatched and is on its way to your address.
