I want to track my order status. What do those statuses mean?
You can track your order status by accessing your Account page:
Go to Orders > Select the order you want to track.
Here is what each status means:
1. For orders in the ITEM LIST page
Status | Description |
Processing | We have received your payment and are in the process of purchasing your items. |
Purchased | Our staff has purchased the items and is waiting for them to arrive at our warehouse. |
2. For orders in the MY PACKAGE page
Status | Description |
Processing | We have received your payment and are preparing your shipment. |
Shipped | Your shipment has been dispatched and is on its way to your address. |
